At Channel
Publishing we have always been committed to providing our customers
with the most accurate, useful ICD-9-CM code books we can produce.
In an effort to further that commitment, we have developed this web
page posting site to compile important corrections identified in our
code books since they were printed. These corrections may include
errors in book production, Official Government Errata, and unofficial
government-identified errors.
ERRATA
INSTRUCTIONS
Locate
your ICD-9-CM code book below. Then click on the posting date to access
the appropriate code book errata page and write the corrections in
your text. When there are two or more posting dates, you'll need to
access each posting date to incorporate all the corrections for that
code book.
For your
convenience, we suggest you record the posting date in your book (Copyright
page) so you'll know which errata you've already marked.
USER ERROR IDENTIFICATION
We need
your help. Although we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of
our publications, sometimes errors do occur because of the extensive
amount of detailed information contained in the books. If you find
an error in your ICD-9-CM code book, we would appreciate being contacted
